La revista Discovery Salud, en su nº 101, publica un amplio reportaje sobre el caso de Jairo, hijo de nuestra amiga Nice, titulado:

Acusan a la Administración de ?crimen de estado? por la muerte de un niño

La acusación llevada a los tribunales por el letrado José Luís Mazón, es esencial para sentar jurisprudencia y luchar para que la justicia reconozca el derecho ciudadano a que no se viole nuestros hogares con campos electromagnéticos.

A todos a los que os llegue este mensaje: os pido vuestra ayuda económica en nombre de mi hijo por y para lo siguiente:
Sobre el mes de abril próximo se celebrará el juicio con la acusación de cimen de estado al Ministreior de Sanidad, Industria y Justicia (podéis leer los motivos en el artículo de Discovery Salud). Si no ganamos en los tribunales españoles, llevaremos nuestra demanda a Estrasburgo. Sinceramente, sin vuestro granito de arena, económicamente no podremos seguir llevando esta lucha adelante
No sé si lograremos nuestros objetivos, pero queremos luchar hasta el final para lograrlo y sentar jurisprudencia. En cualquier caso, nada de lo que hacemos va a caer en saco roto, pues siempre servirá, como mínimo, para que el que venga detrás siga donde nosotros no pudimos continuar. "
Nuestro hijo era muy especial, y somos conscientes que la mayoría de los padres piensan lo mismo de sus hijos.. Nosotros hemos hecho tarde con nuestro hijo, ¡ayúdame a que no hagamos tarde con el tuyo!

On or about the upcoming month of April the trial accusing the Health, Industry, and Justice Minister of Spain of a state crime, will take place (the circumstance is well documented in the Discovery Salud issue mentioned above; please take a moment and read about it). If we do not win in the Spanish tribunals, we will take our demand to Strasbourg. Sincerely, without your support, economically we won't be able to continue taking this fight ahead

I do not know if we will achieve our objectives, but we want to fight until the end in order to get jurisprudence in this case. Our son was very special, and we are conscious that most parents think the same of their children. We were too late giving our child?s pain a voice because we were not aware of the truth, so now please help me, so this does not happen to another child. Help me help you not be late giving your child a voice!
